Attorney Erin C. Foley has been working with her father in estate planning since 2004. Erin concentrates on Probate cases in addition to creating estate plans. She graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2003. Sarah Suiter // Attorney
Attorney Sarah J. Suiter joined the firm in 2014. Sarah’s practice focuses on trust administration and drafting trust and estate planning documents, as well as summary Probate court proceedings including Petitions under Probate Code Section 850, commonly called Heggstad Petitions. Sarah came from a background in litigation and enjoys the transition to a practice where she can focus on collaborating with clients to help them with their planning. “Being part of a practice area where you feel you are legitimately helping people is such a great feeling.”
Diane Brooks // Chief Legal Assistant
Diane Brooks has been with the firm for over two years, acting as the chief legal assistant. Diane is the person you talk to when you call our office.
